Along with the City
Council who developed these core values, I strongly stand behind them.
Our intention is that these values will not only guide the decisions of the
Council, but that they also be adopted throughout the entire City of
North Richland Hills. The City Council and I encourage all leaders,
elected officials, and employees of the City of North Richland Hills to
abide by these values.
